Partially guaranteed health benefit

Below you will find a list of the reported benefits included in the guaranteed health benefit basket, to which access is currently limited to some degree. The value in the column “Ranking points” tells us how serious a given problem is. The higher the amount in this column, the more difficult and harmful, and therefore groundless limited access to a benefit is in a given field. Other columns provide information on the notified problems.
For the benefits included in the guaranteed services basket, the main ranking criterion is the incremental cost-effectiveness towards another, most effective available alternative. Other ranking criteria are: impact on public health, impact on the patient’s health, effectiveness/ strength of the intervention, degree of difficulties resulting from the limited access, the importance of the number of service providers and the uncertainty of estimations towards the cost-effectiveness.
