Benefits outside the basket
Below you will find a list of the reported benefits NOT included in the guaranteed health benefit basket so far, which are effective. The higher the amount in the column “Ranking points”, the more influence on general public health and particular patients can be assumed that the benefit has, the more harmful the limitation is. In other columns there are details concerning the received reports. We invite doctors and manufacturers to contact the Foundation and fill in the appropriate form. If you are doctors or you represent your company and you wish to submit a benefit not included in the guaranteed basket to our ranking, please click here. For the benefits not included in the guaranteed services basket, the main ranking criterion is the advantage in the strength of the intervention over another, most effective available alternative – clinical effectiveness. Other ranking criteria are: impact on public health, impact on the patient’s health and the uncertainty of estimations towards the cost-effectiveness. See our methodology »

Partially guaranteed health benefit
Below you will find a list of the reported benefits included in the guaranteed health benefit basket, to which access is currently limited to some degree. The value in the column “Ranking points” tells us how serious a given problem is. The higher the amount in this column, the more difficult and harmful, and therefore groundless limited access to a benefit is in a given field. Other columns provide information on the notified problems. For the benefits included in the guaranteed services basket, the main ranking criterion is the incremental cost-effectiveness towards another, most effective available alternative. Other ranking criteria are: impact on public health, impact on the patient’s health, effectiveness/ strength of the intervention, degree of difficulties resulting from the limited access, the importance of the number of service providers and the uncertainty of estimations towards the cost-effectiveness.
