Doctor Xenia Kruszewska – President of the Board of Directors Medica Polska Ubezpieczenia Zdrowotne Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń SA (Medica Polska Health Insurances Insurance Company Ltd.)

First of all practicing doctor, however, with solid theoretical knowledge. She “betrayed” medical profession for private health insurances, to which she was drew while working for Mazovian and Specialist Health Maintenance Organization. Doctor Kruszewska advised Insurance Companies which were preparing health insurances, she was also building and managing private health insurances as a Director of the Health Insurance Department. As a broker, and then multiagent she was preparing and intermediating in the sale of health programs and private insurances. She co-founded and managed the activities of the first portal in Poland comparing and offering private health insurance for individuals.

At Warsaw universities she teaches issues related to private health insurance, health systems, risk management, liquidation and risk management of personal insurances.

The whole experience and passion she put, together with colleagues, in the construction of the first Polish Insurance Company specializing exclusively in private health insurance – Medica Polska Ubezpieczenia Zdrowotne Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń SA (Medica Polska Health Insurances Insurance Company Ltd.).
